fuck you guys really make me regret taking out a couple of years to chill in my thirties

I’m 32 and finally have enough excess income to start investing, but I’ve got no idea where to even begin. So much of what I read online just seems like empty platitudes or marketing disguised as advice.

Anybody care to point me in the right direction or give me some guidance? I can provide more info about my financial situation if needed
