There's a whole lot of conflicting advice out there. Some people just seem blessed and can eat whatever they want. I wonder how much of the high/low fibre/carb/fat is just placebo.

usually three Mc chickens or three chick fila sandwiches or some type of fried chicken. My poops come in little increments they smell like sulfur and are usually soft although I only have to wipe a few times.

I eat well but I've noticed that when I eat popcorn in the late evening my morning poop comes out thick and firm and doesn't just reach the water but actually starts snaking it's way down the s-bend before breaking free from my arse. And even then it's not even a break. It's simply the end. Like my bowels have just emptied in one foul poop.

It's magnificent.

Breakfast is yogurt and coffee. The coffee makes me poop so it's kind of like the norm for me to drink it and use the toilet before I leave, if I don't have a cup or two I'll get a really big poop every other day or so instead.

If I'm going to college I'll bring almonds, a granola bar, protein powder and some cherry tomatoes to eat during the day. When I eat a lot of junk food there's definitely a change, the poop smells worse and is softer.

I always eat cheese and meat and potatoes, but a diet of nothing but fat and starch and protein makes for ugly messy shits

First and second meals (breakfasts): 40g of oats, 50g of apple (or 34g of banana), 240ml unsweetened almond milk, 6g ginger root, 16g natural peanut butter.

300 calories

Snack in between, usually around 80g of apple with 240 ml of almond milk. 80 calories tops.

PROTEIN PACKED DINNER MOTHERFUCKER.

Always fried brown rice, usually with a stir fry and 100g worth of roasted poultry or pork. Sometimes a cauliflower pizza or stuffed peppers.

I like to keep my consumption between 1500 - 1800 calories, cutting at around 1650 on workout days.

It's a bit of work, but I haven't gained any weight.

stay away from rice and you should be ok. rice is the supreme constipator.

i fast all day until about 2pm then have either a smoothie with 3 bananas and peanutbutter and kale or eternal veggie soup sometimes both.

For dinner it's usually a vegan protein/starch/veggie or a sandwich.

For what it's worth, I had a carb free dinner yesterday and produced a massive yet soft shit that looked like it was sculpted by an artist. Stuff like noodles or potatoes seems to produce harder poop but in smaller quantities, like a rabbit

In the morning I have a cup of off brand cereal with a glass of water. Then I just drink water throughout the day and for lunch. For dinner I have either a ham sandwich or half of a canned soup. Occasionally I'll have a spoon of peanut butter if I get tired during the day.
My poops are usually pretty solid and i have them every other day.

For breakfast, one cup of black coffee, couple of slices of good bread, maybe toast and cheese.
Lunch, couple of slices of rye with various cold cuts, maybe a sandwich or soup.
Dinner, anything. Steak, sausages, thai, pasta. Sometimes desserts like fruits or ice.
Snack sweets, cakes inbetween.
Poop is fine for most of the time, once a day, unless I've been binge drinking the night before, then I go up to like 4 times that day, theres a vulcano eruption out of my asshole.

Flaxmeal porridge for breakfast, two to three servings of veggies along with meat for lunch/dinner and daily metamucil. I drink about a gallon of water a day. My poops are great.

Meal 1: plain yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, some pecans or peanuts, and a handful of uncooked oats. 2-3 cups of tea.

Meal 2: protein with veggies and a side of starch in various forms.

Snack or two: a piece of fruit, a handful of raisins or nuts.

Water: 3-4 quarts with lemon juice from 1/4 lemon in each
Tea: prob bout 3-6 cups a day with sugar.
Alcohol: Various, and's usually around 6 beers or 2 bottles of wine a week. I like to drink, but have to limit myself because it makes me gain weight.

Don't do sweets that often...maybe every 3 months or so I'll bake some cookies.

Do cardio on a mountain bike and body weight exercises 3-5 times a week. Nothing outrageous.

Stool is fine and regular.

Skip breakfast, usually pick apart friends' leftovers for lunch, usually cheap easy food for dinner (microwave quesadillas, fried egg ramen, cereal etc.). I poop once every couple days and they just come out in logs that are at least a foot long. Just one of these logs every time. Sometimes if i make a misjudgement (white castle burgers or similar grease sponge) I'll have diarrhea in the morning then business as usual.

I shit about 5-6 times a day, more if I eat something creamy or greasy (like alfredo), which will make me have to shit midway through the meal, and again almost immediately afterwards, and then several more times in a couple hours.
