It looks like it's supposed to be a show that attempts to teach college students how to cook. There's a college called Weber State University up in Northern Utah, and their mascot is the Wildcats, so I can only assume that he is from there.

His cheeseburger episode is horrifying.

I watch My Virgin Kitchen and SORTEDfood. I'm not british and I can tell their cooking is very british-centric and limits the variety of their videos and makes it hard for me to always relate to.

Another vote for Food Wishes.
All the videos focus only on the cooking, and not the chef. Also he does recipes that are reasonable, things you actually can replicate. He is an excellent teacher, clearly explaining what to do, and what not to do.
There are also about 1000 videos already, and 2 - 3 new ones added every week.
Lot of respect for this guy, much more than television chefs, or the YouTube assholes that make videos about themselves and not so much about the actual cooking technique. I prefer to learn something rather than see some sloppy asshole make mistakes.
