youtube.com
I cannot follow you(*´ω`*)
Tried Udon noodles once and they were very slimy. Didn't like it much (but I was younger and didn't eat my veggies either). Now I got a different brand (which is also organic and quite expensive). They are much firmer, a little thinner and overall pretty good. I like them a lot in my soup.
Now which one is closer to the original? Are Udon noodles supposed to be slimey?
>Udon is not it delicious!
oops!!
Sweet looks super delish yummy yummy!
Save the Mushrooms!!
How much do Udon Noodles cost?

I think Boild Udon for Pour in cold water.

They were already pretty slimey in the pot. I think it were these Good to know that they aren't supposed to be that way. I'll probably be a year in japan soon, studying abroad, so it's pretty cool that I'll probably like your cuisine!
The new ones I have are pretty decent though.

It is generous treatment to prisoners of war.
I like Ramen simply because I prefer the firmer texture compared to others. Pancit is good as well (but that isn't a Japanese noodle obv)
A nice savory and spiced (but not too hot) ramen with some veg, herbs, and a protien (usually chicken) is great
they are slimy if served in soup

I love how that meat looks.
I think that's it. Wish I could get the tofu as nice.
The ones I posted earlier weren't slimy when in soup either. That's why I wanted to know what's closer to the original.
