Did you ever mix ketchup with mayo?

Did you ever mix ketchup with mayo?

Yes. It's what I usually have with avocados or artichokes.

I never do it myself, because I don't keep either in my fridge - they're not condiments I use at home. I've had the combo on Belgian fries and it was OK, but I'd rather just leave the ketchup out. Not a fan of ketchup in any circumstance.

I mix ketchup and ranch to make pink sauce.

Yup. Add minced pickles, mustard and some other shit and you have the big mac's "secret" sauce, aka: Russian or thousand island dressing.

not so much ketchup but i mix hot sauce with mayo. spicy mayo goes good on so many things.

Whenever I make a burg.

I'm not a mormon

no because I hate mayo with anything but seafood

Yes it's called "salsa golf"

You mean like thousand island dressing?

I do the opposite and mix hot sauce with ketchup

for whatever reason I love to dip pizza crusts into it

Yes, all the time. In the UK it's standard to have a dollop of both and then dip the chip in first one and then the other.

> not halving based potatoes and putting s splash of vinegar or lemon juice in the cavity, a little salt and pepper, and scooping out with a spoon.

Stay pleb.

You're thinking of Russian dressing.

Sometimes. My go to is wasabi and mayo. Perfect with sweet potato chips.

The perfect sauce is:

2 parts mayonnaise
1 part mustard
1 part sriracha

great on almost anything.

It's the best on any chicken patty that doesn't come from chick-fil-a

It's mayo, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and Worcestershire sauce

At least that's what I use on my ruebens.

...

Yeah that's what Big Mac sauce is. So is thousand island dressing

took 10+ replies to finally make this reference?

slow af

Add pepper, worcestershire, and garlic salt, and you've got Cane's sauce.

Aye, we call it "Golf Sauce" over here in Argentina.

>based potatoes
Nice

I prefer mixing sriracha with mayo, but it's almost the same thing.

mayonaisse with curry ketchup is best sauce

I only saw black girls doing that when I was in high school

Sri-Rancha!

2 cups ranch dressing
Juice of ½ lemon (about 1½ tablespoons)
¼ cup Sriracha hot sauce

Put in bowl and mix together.
-From Richard Blais Cookbook

No

Ranch and ketchup (kanch, I call it) is the emperor of all mixed sauces

In Miami and Cuba it's called pink sauce. In Puerto Rico, mayo-ketchup. A must with tostones. Island food cabron

...

So I recently got "sweet pickled jalpenos" from Trader Joes and used those instead of pickle relish

it really was so much better

I mix miracle whip and cholula

>ketchup
>ever
No, I mix mayo with mayo

Yes.
With mayo and vinegar

Damn ill have to try that, brown or yellow mustard?

mayo, ketchup, little mustard, worcestershire, lemon juice, and cajun seasoning is my mix right now... might try some relish into the mix.... mostly use it to dip blooming onions/onion rings in

1 part ketchup
2 parts sweet baby rays
0.5 parts sriracha
0.25 parts mayo
mix well

optionally add some soy sauce

i do miracle whip, ketchup and mustard.

I live in Utah this shit is nearly in all burger places

Fry sauce

Cup of mayo
half a squeezed lemon
~ 2 tsp of chipotle chili powder
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2tbsp of dijon mustard
1tsp of garlic powder
French's ketchup to your liking.

You can screw with these values to come up with the perfect fry sauce.

I only ever use ketchup for mixing into sauces. Ketchup alone is fucking gross. Only children and rednecks eat ketchup.

This is what you're looking for.

Use mustard you like. I like spicy brown, Dijon would be fine too. Even horseradish mustard.

I didn't invent this recipe, its a really common spicy mayo sauce, so make it with ingredients you prefer, and spice it up more if you want.

I usually make it right inside whichever bottle of ingredient is low and has enough empty space for the other two things to be added. Shake, and done.

>All that seasoning left on the base of the spoon
