Because American cuisine is cheap and accessible, also it's an amalgamation of probably 2 dozen different cultures and not just one. What other country can offer me a box full of tacos, a whole pizza, some bratwurst, and sushi all in the same 25 foot radius?

americans have perfected food. they have made it cheap, delicious, and abundant. everyone can have as much as they want. it is the land of plenty.
