anyone else find that baked chicken breast has a strange texture? whatever pham looks good so far lets go.

I find rubbing it with some oil keeps it tender and moist. Gets it nice and golden with nice cooked tender meat inside.

I cut some spam, and microwaved it and ate it. Then I toasted some bread, buttered it and ate it. cooking with user. :P

And dont forget user, you can bake bread on a muffin tray but you cant bake muffins on a cookie sheet.

I know I'm a cancer user, my roomate bought these instead of fresh ones because he cant cook and I'm not one to waste. So once the bag is gone I'll swap back to fresh.

Yes it is user! I have a pack of it because I have just started making my own garlic bread recently so I need to use it all again haha.

nah I mean frozen veggies are pretty good most of the time, you just expect someone in a cooking thread to prep their own is all. not judging. I use frozen veggies occasionally.

I think the only difference is time and freshness, they arent spiced or anything I do all of that, but still I prefer raw but my roomate is the kind to eat bovril on toast for 2/3 meals a day so He went simple when I asked him to pick up veggies.

Next comes the pasta!

I made a lazy mushroom curry for my sister and her kids. Used four cans of Campbell's mushroom soup and a can of corn. I then used curry powder and ground cumin to season. I made a big pot of rice to go with it. Cheap, easy and the kids love it.
