What does your grocery list look like?

what does your grocery list look like?

this is my grocery list for almost every trip (once a week or two)
-a bunch of bananas
-two cartons of blueberries
-two cartons of grape tomatoes
-strawberries
-1 mango
-3 kiwis
-baby carrots
-spinach/kale
-mixed unsalted nuts
-peanut butter
-fruit and cream oatmeal
-eggs
-white rice
-green tea

>powdered peanut butter
For what purpose?

>eggs

You were doing so well

I need the protein otherwise I desperately binge hard on peanut butter.

My last one:
>Gin
>Eggs
>Bacon
>Cheese
>Lunch Meat
>Sausage
>Salami
>Beef patties
>Onions
>Fuckton of frozen veggies

No you dont

What do you suggest then?

This is my go to for the week
-Artichokes
-Olives
-Rice
-Pork
-Peanut butter
-Soy/almond Milk
-Veggie straws
- 2 to 3 bags of unhealthy snack shit
-Sour cream
-Chicken
-Bananas and apples
Then I just shop as needed throughout the week. Don't need beef since I get 12 lbs of it a month from my gf's dad who is a rancher.

Local beer
Sour Cream and Onion Lay's chips
Tortilla chips
Salsa
Ben and Jerry's or Blue Bell Ice Cream
La Croix Grapefruit/Coconut
Shit for some recipe I'm making
Bread with alot of oats or wheat on the label
Crunchy Peanut Butter
Nutella

I get free coffee so I don't have to buy any
If it's been long enough probably a bottle of any random mid shelf whiskey

Whatever is inside the garbage cans and is still vacuum sealed
Price 0,00€

chicken breast
Greek yogurt
eggs
bacon
link sausage
fish sticks (prefer these to tendies, they're more delicate, and you can use the same condiments although tartar is best)
Totino's pizza rolls
ground beef
broccoli
baby carrots
frozen green peas
onions
bell pepper
brown rice
Kraft Easy Mac (triple cheese)
potatoes
Reese's cups (peanut butter and chocolate is godly and these are the best, pls no bully)
energy drinks
Wick Fowler's chili kit
Hamburger Helper

Quest bars
Quest chips
Pure protein bars
Greek yogurt
Peanut butter
Chicken
Oats
Wheat germ
Milk
Eggs
Chocolate PB2 occasionally
Apples (for my sweet tooth)

the only thing I have to consistently restock once a week are chicken breasts, but if my kitchen was truly empty one week I would have to buy:

>bag of brown rice
>bag of black beans/cans of black beans
>Frozen veggies (peas usually)
>bag of red potatoes
>family pack of chicken breast
>eggs
>bacon
>natty CRUNCHY peanut butter
>whey protein

If I'm feeling hungry I'd probably get some >tortillas
>shredded cheese
>sour cream
>fresh tasty veggies like peppers, onions or avocados
>cottage cheese
>nuts (almonds, pistachios)
>bag 'o chips
>jellybeans
>energy drinks
>box o' mac n cheese

Forgot to add in the necessities list:

>oats

I dunno, my butler makes a list and I just eat whatever my personal chef serves.

I dictate my list to my Amazon Echo, and it places it on my phone. It makes me feel somewhat richer and briefly plugs that hole caused by loneliness in my life.

Not him but you could throw some tofu at that list and I also believe quinoa contains a complete protein.

I eat eggs & butter tho so idk; & also I don't make a habit of scrutinizing others diets have a nice day :)

>white rice

Fucking dropped

Screenshot of my current list

trader joes:
1-2 ny strips
1-2 ribeyes
sometimes their salads look good
asparagus & broccoli

whole foods:
tuna
salmon
a ton of shrimp

fish just tastes better at whole foods, only thing worth going there for. sometimes I'll get a steak but they're severely overpriced.

publix/kroger:
garlic
onions
quest bars
coke zero/diet dr pepper
eggs
butter
bacon

I've lost like 40 lbs in a month on this 0 carb diet. I've also doubled my usual monthly food budget. Oh well.

What's up with powdered peanut butter is it good? Healthier? I got a lot of peanut butter but I don't want like it since its really calorific.

It has lower calories but that's only because it has most of the good fats. I thought it would be easier for baking shit or just snacking on.

has none of the good fats of regular peanut butter*
