For me:

Weekdays:
>No breakfast, wake up about 30 minutes before leaving for work
>Two cups of coffee at the office
>No lunch unless work demands it
>Afternoon tea of some kind
>Post-work snack, normally a little cheese, meat, or happy hour appetizer with a few beers and friends
>Dinner around 9-10, hearty meal
>Sleep around 12-1

Saturdays:
>Sleep in
>Brunch or a late lunch
>Don't eat until like 11 since we've been out all day

Sundays:
>Breakfast before football
>Drink all day
>Nap between the afternoon and evening game
>Hearty dinner to soak up the booze around 7
>Restful sleeps

Weekends are basically the same but I usually skip breakfast for lots of coffee.

Weekend : Wake and bake, sometimes pancakes. Usually I make one big batch of food that should last for two days but never does. Usually some beers or grog for a little buzz.

I ate some stupid supplement thing today and have had diarea for 14 hours ;_;

I skip most of my meals, once in a while take out or something home cooked, if I do eat anything at home it's probably just ramen

M-Thur meals generally look like:

fish sticks with macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots

chicken breast with brown rice, steamed broccoli and carrots, and some gravy poured all over it

frito chili pie with pickled jalapenos and shredded cheese

loaded baked potato (butter, sour cream, nacho cheese, bacon, chopped steamed broccoli)

plain chili (just beef, onion, and spices) with saltine crackers

grilled cheese and vegetable soup

Totino's pizza rolls (pls no bully)

Friday night is Mazzio's pizza night. Saturday is completely up in the air. Sunday is usually Chinese-American takeout.

Weekdays:
>Pineapple, celery, cocoa thrown into the blender Or sunny-side up eggs, smoked porkchop, canned chipotle beans with some bread and a glass o milk.

>Get a Sausage calzone for lunch

I'm a NEET loser so pretty much every day is a Sunday:

>breakfast about half the time (usually wake up between 9am and 1pm)
>usually a couple of fried eggs with toast and a glass of milk; sometimes will also fry up a few strips of bacon
>if I'm waking up closer to 1pm I'll have lunch which is often something like some chicken strips on a bun
>have supper around 6ish; nothing special usually (might be chicken strips with fries, might grill some burgers, etc.)

lift fasted on bcaas in morning, follow it with breaky (biggest meal, most hungry)

every meal: large serving of protein, large amount of veg, a small fat source (ie half avocado, peanut butter, nuts, coconut oil)...; transports well in insulated lunchbox

snack on mainly veg and small fat sources in between, shitton of black tea and possibly coffee

load fruit and starches around bjj in evening for glycogen availability and recovery
