I usually get skim just because I drink a lot of milk (in addition to cooking with it) and that's an easy way for me to reduce my calorie intake.

Definitely whole for me, tastes better, more filling. I'm not on a diet, if anything I'm looking to gain weight.

You're not really making a lot of sense, but if you want to prove that an increased fat intake is bad for your health, (provided that you remain a healthy weight) then you definitely have your work cut out for you. Good luck.

I almost never drink milk as a beverage. When I need it for cooking I just use whole milk because there's no point in reduced fat milk if you're not consuming a bunch of it.
