this mayo looks like generic store bought mayo.

What do people who are surprised by this even use mayo for? It's not really used on anything else than potatoes here.

I'm american and my dad is from holland so we've always used mayo for fries. Most americans think it's disgusting though. You'd think americans would love it for how fattening and oily mayo is.

Yeah, I'm American, but my parents came from Germany, and we've always eaten mayo with fries. (and curry ketchup too, obviously). Mayo is the top tier fry condiment.

Why would you dip an already greasy food into what is mostly more fat?
If fries are cooked correctly and crispy, they need nothing more than salt.
