What's for dinner?

Post what you're making for dinner tonight- I'm making a Thunderloaf

Angry meatloaf?

fag

you gonna glaze that thunderloaf? gonna make that thunderloaf nice and moist, user?

don't forget the 'chup

When I was in Iraq our Mosul born interpreter used to call you people Ham-ericans because he thought you were fat, disgusting pigs who even the Jews found distasteful.
He now works for the DoD in Virginia advising on Counter-Insurgency operations.
That's pretty fucked up, but he doesn't mind taking the taxpayer $.
>Hi, Akram!

Nah, chopped celery, carrots and onions to keep it moist.

Making some brown gravy to go with it, no need for the 'chuby

what is is that you mean when you say, "you people"?

Strange thing about him, he's right.

If a terp thought the soldiers were fat maybe he should get away from the FOB and POGs and get into some combat arms where you see a FOB maybe once every 5-6 months. POGs don't do shit other than take shits from all their DFAC food

Sadr City every other night for nearly 8 months.
It sucked.

Tagliatelle bolognese with sprouts.

pic. finished product.

Roast trout, potato, and asparagus

I made and omelette with potatoes in it.
I splooged and seasoned it with freshly ground black pepper

Is that your picture? Nice composition and shot, really speaks to me. Looks tasty

Macaroni, just made. My roommate took more than usual.

Timeless.

Giys I'm so hungry help

user that looks fucking delicious. Would come to your house for dinner/10.

I don't care for asparagus, would sub with green beans. Looks great otherwise!

i just made one of those... it hung for a while then dropped into the toilet

...

kinda creepy fishhead

Baked split chicken on a bed of veggies and macaroni noodles in red sauce.

Yeah. Thanks, really appreciate it!

I actually made it for myself because I've never had a whole fish before and wanted to try the head bits since I've heard they're the best parts. The eyeballs were especially delicious.

How does one eat this? It's barely different than how a bear would take it

>bursting with bubbles

...

Problem?

Yeah, save for being gutted, cleaned, seasoned and roasted it's literally fucking identical.

toona leaves sprout + egg stir fry

...do you eat the skin?

>asparagus in October

too much lemon desu.

especially that it's all raw

hey qtpi

Bread roll and water.
Sick and no appetite.

jesus christ get off this board

Poorfag meathead college student here.

This was the first time I ever cooked a pork loin. I got 4 pounds on sale for $7, so I bought it, rubbed it in an olive oil/brown sugar, and cooked on 350 for 1 hour 15 mins, took out of the oven and covered in foil for 15 mins. My roommates said it was really good and I liked it.

next time don't rent a place with an electric stovetop

enjoy your week of poor quality pork and greasy potatoes, i guess

Not bad in a pinch. Next time try using apples instead of potatoes...

I wish I could afford better, but the $370 a month rent with all utilities but electricity is too sweet.
It's already finished, lel. Having 2 guys who lift and 1 guy who eats like he lifts makes food disappear quickly.
Thanks user, that actually sounds great.

don't know where you're from, but where i am gas tends to be cheaper because it's older.

I'm in AZ. I've only ever seen electric here, even in rich people's homes. Back in Illinois everyone had gas.

this is normal for cheap seattle rent (bad outlet placement included)

i rarely see electric unless it's a new construction megaplex type place

seattle is supposedly one of the tougher housing markets, and i've always been able to take gas or electric into account when renting a place.

i also have incredibly low standards though.

Depends on where in arizona. Rural areas have propane stoves. Phoenix has lots of gas. Tempe has none, chandler too. Mesa has gas, but Awatukee does not.

An experiment.
Less soy sauce, and a little more hoysen(?) Sauce next time.
Cut trumpet mushrooms into smaller pieces. Or completely loss them and add more shiitake mushrooms.
More bokchoy

Forgot the damn picture

I'll be honest with you: I'm sure this tasted great, but it looks disgusting.

That legitimately looks like you forcefed vegetables to a child, then split open their gut, cut out their stomach, chucked it in a Ninja blender, then microwaved it.

8/10

vietnam gut wound

that just looks like a plate of viscera

good on you user

>Taking pictures of food with the flash on

RRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I can't even....

did you a make a trout mask replica with the fish?

I literally flashed back to holding in my platoon leader's guts in with a gut-wrap. Fuck you that's gross.

what in the literal fuck man
I'm sure it tasted good, what are the ingredients though
SV fag terrible propane
----------------------
everything

that's actually very clever, user : )

acronyms make you sound knowledgable!

Branzino?

Literal turd sandwich

Trout

Bok choy, needle mushrooms, trumpet mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, beef and pork Tocino(?). Little hoysen sauce.
I am in awe from all the replies I got.
I am so sorry, but was very well received at dinner, ran out.

It looks very innardly

KEK so accurate lol

I've got a Scotch Fillet steak and asparagus.

I want some potato salad to go with it but if I'm worried if I go down to buy some I will end up buying more booze too.

...

What's wrong with more booze?

And black people eat Chitlin(?), What's your point?

Dinner is still hours away, but I'm making a root beer glazed ham, potatoes au gratin, roasted brussels sprouts, yeast rolls, and apple cobbler for dessert.
I usually do a big dinner on Sundays, but we have plans for tomorrow, so I'm doing it today instead.

...

The skins the best part you goof

this isn't a rekd thread dude

Seriously I hate when soldiers feel like they gotta take the Bullshit abbreviations an acronyms off the base/battlefield.

Grilled chicken thighs, sliced oranges, and white rice.
