Why haven't you gone on an all potato diet yet, Veeky Forums?

Why haven't you gone on an all potato diet yet, Veeky Forums?

I'm not THAT poor

I'm Irish. There's a famine.

he wakes up every morning, looks in the mirror and says, "jesus christ I look like a magician."

He did a good job making those pounds disappear.

Sounds incredibly unhealthy.

It's actually incredibly healthy

Why the fuck would I do that?

Literally the healthiest actual "diet" diet you can do.

I have money and can enjoy food.

Is it more healthy than "balanced diet"?

>try to balance my diet
>it all just topples over onto the kitchen floor

penn himself said that the potato could have been any food. he ate a baked or boiled potato *when he got hungry and specifically not at traditional meal times* in order to reset his eating habits and start anew with a whole-plant based diet.

You're supposed to scrape it from the bottom and gradually go up to top dumdum

Maybe. Considering you'd be less likely to cheat or fudge numbers if your intake is all potato all the time. Same % nutrients so equal there.

Does that mean only plain potatoes, or am I allowed to pile on sour cream, butter, salt, and bacon bits?

Only plain senpai, just the potato!

Got a link?

I have more links than an Alabama chain gang.

I just want to see Penn talking about his diet, man. It wasn't an accusation.

>my potatoes bring all the micks to the yard
>and they're like, this famine is hard
>damn right, this famine is hard
>i could feed you, but you'll have to starve

do fries count because holy shit i would

>oil and potatoes

They sure do. You will 100% though if that's all you eat.

Not that guy but I think his last few big think videos were on his diet.

Potatoes along with butter or cream is a balanced diet. Together they have everything you need.

I literally would if my parents did make/buy my most of my meals. Potatoes are my favorite food.

you can eat what eva ya want as long as its when you are hungry until you stop being hungry

oil is not potato

Almonds are potatoes right?

Holy shit, it looks like all that weight lost has aged him 10 more years.
I laughed harder than I should have.

the internet is a big place.
yet i'm here.
why?

>be on diet for 10 years
>is 10 years older afterwards
Diets are fucking memes.

Most things are memes you fucking retard.

I'll have to fully research it but I've relatively certain that this would lead to severe nutrient micro-deficiencies in adults younger than 35. There's some bumfuckery in this diet. I'll have to call my friends from med school that went into research.

>all potato diet

Read somewhere it's actually pretty good in terms of nutrients if you consume them unpeeled. Not sure if long term fully sufficient though.

Did all potato diet for 35 days or so
Was Fucking great
Would recommend. I'm considering doing it again for a week or two.
It's just so simple and satisfying
Look up "spudfit" on YouTube. He is middle aged. And has done all potato for a year. No deficiencies. Sees doctor very regularly to monitor the experiment.
The information you have is a lie
You have swallowed the deficiency meme pill

Kek that's a good one even though it's probably copypasta

I read somewhere that eating a fuck ton of excessive calories ages you fast

excessive calories?

But going on a diet would mean the opposite.

>diet means cutting calories
Idiot.

Well if you increase your caloric intake, it's not much of a diet.

You need a dictionary.

You need a dichotomy.

While diet is a popular word that is used as a synonym for weight loss diets, the word diet itself just means what you eat.

It's too early in the morning for this shit

I'm not fat to begin with and know how to moderate myself so I can eat any food I want to, many of which are much more enjoyable than fucking potatoes.

I don't see where he deviated from that definition, hot rod. He merely said it wasn't much of a diet. Beat your face.

I'm not the guy he was having a discussion with, take a chill pill man. Anyways "excessive calories?

But going on a diet would mean the opposite."
