Hey Veeky Forums this is my first time on this board I'm trying to eat healthy now so I've been steaming vegetables for lunch but steamed broccoli is getting redundant
What's a good was to season them or aomething I can add to stay healthy but mix up the flavor a bit
As a super light breakfast, I occasionally do a fried or poached egg and dip steamed broccoli in the yolk. Make sure you season both with salt. Quite good imo.
toss broccoli with oliver oil, crushed garlic, salt & pepper...roast @ 400 for 15-20 minutes, depending on how done you like it...even better if you sprinkle some fine grated parmesan cheese on there & pop it back in the over for a minute
