I'm a dev, sorry but at first glance this looks like absolute shit. Most of the repositories consist of only a readme file, and those with codes have barely a few lines that don't do much beside having import statements. The only one with some code to read through is the network module and even that seems like it either has some missing code or it's just plain nonsense.
