It offers nothing new. NEO is actually very bearish right now, but I doubt it will break the $80 barrier and stay. Personally, I would go with NAS right now. They're about to release on the main net (this month). I'm 50/25/25 on NEO, NAS and LINK. Wish I had more money to put towards ELA and VALID (not out yet but you can join the ICO fundraising).
