Is it okay to use Hawaiian Bread to make sandwiches/burgers?

No, never do that or we'll find you and kill you

Fuck off with this thread, idiot

depends what it is.
if you are just making lunch meat sandwiches (ham, turkey, salami,) yeah its fine, put some cheese, butter/mayo on it

burgers are not really ideal for it unless you are making white castle sliders esque stuff..but thats if you are using cheapass/frozen meat

dont waste expensive meat on cheapass peasant buns..get some nice soft buns that are big...personally I like Arnold brand buns for standard hamburgers.

No this makes mustard gas

You can literally do whatever you want, but generally I'd find it far too sweet for most sandwiches. It'd pair quite well with Kalua pork, I'm guessing.

only if you eat them at a luau or while wearing a grass skirt

>sweet rolls
They weren't kidding.

Not with anything greasy, the bread is very absorbent and is disgusting when soggy.

ham sandwhiches made with these are great

Take four out, keep them together and slice them in half, lightly toast em
Fried Spam, fried eggs with some chives, siracha mayo, chopped spring onions
perfect

Wuddup munchies

I made this bad boy on Hawaiian roll...

40/60 Rare Sous Vide Hand Ground Burger w/ Sharp Cheddar and Horseradish on Hawaiian Roll

this please be careful user and make sure you are in a well ventilated area

I know this a meme butb is a testy one

Hawaiian Bread and Spam go very well together

OP, I fucking DESPISE this question. I work in Costco doing food sampling and you wouldn't believe how many people ask your stupid fucking question

>Sampling cheese
>Someone asks me if they can put in on pasta

DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT WITH IT, STICK IT UP YOUR ASS IF YOU'D LIKE THAT'S FINE TOO.

The worst of it all are the lazy shits that ask if you can put something raw in a microwave

It's not ok. Brioche only please.

Just use glazed doughnuts.

Same thing, probably cheaper.

This
>good ham (I prefer off the bone)
>Kings Hawaiian
>Brown or Honey mustard for spice or additional sweet

Why, in god's name, would you eat bread packaged in plastic wrap?

Please explain.

no. it is not okay to ever eat hawaiian bread unless you are ethnically hawaiian. it's called cultural appropriation.

I use them to make pulled pork sliders. They're always a hit at parties.

I'm obsessed with King's Hawaiian

It's easily accessible and will last longer than bread kept in the open. You're incredibly naive if you truly didn't realize this.

>taste was never a factor
This is Veeky Forums. Why am I not surprised.

>taste is the only factor

They are really good for pulled pork sliders

My mouth just started watering. Fuck you

pulled pork + macaroni salad piled on a hawaiian king roll is fucking amazing

I suppose preservative chemicals keep it from having things grow after a week, but it wouldn't have lasted that long in the first place if it was a decent tasting loaf. People would have actually eaten it.

>work in a bakery
>"Can I serve this cake like as a dessert or is it just for birthday parties?"
>I mean............ it's not like we're gonna have the cake police follow you home and make sure you don't.
>get written up

Fuck it, monsiuer, let them eat cake.

They make buns, so yeah.

Good post, mang.

hawaiian roll
teriyaki chicken
macaroni salad

trust me.
