An easy way to make milk tasty is to add some vanilla extract and aspartame to it.

Add cocoa powder to this concoction and you get chocolate milk.

Heat milk (or milk/water) in a cezve, low heat. Some small bubbles should show on the edges but it should never boil. Do this until hot.

Add dark chocolate to the pot; the more surface area it has, the faster it will melt.

Keep low heat, keep stirring, mix until your spoon comes clean. Serve with spices, if you want.

Obviously you can do this in a saucepan or any other stovetop tool.

Nope. Liquid:chocolate ratio determines how thick it is, you can make it as thick as you want to.

The easiest way is to add milk to powder

I add the powder first ;)

I find it easier to add quick ovaltine powder or chocolate syrup to the milk after it has been poured .

Add the powder to the milk. Think about it, the surface area of solvation will be much larger with a powder being added to a liquid rather than milk being added to the surface of a powder.

Tablea cacao. You melt them in water.

It tastes like smooth coffee, but less acidic.

You could probably do this with milk, but you'd have issues with burning it, or creating a skin.

I've done this with nutella before. Comes out pretty tasty.

This is how i do it:
Mix in a blender:
half a banana
1 glass of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tsp of cocoa (unsw)
1 little tsp of raw honey
add cinnamon powder.

It taste really good.
