Water?

dumb question, how long and at what temp do you bake taters cut like that?

dumb question, what's taters, precious?

Mashed potatoes. You can fry up the leftovers for breakfast with eggs.

I do these at 425°F for a little over 30 mins and I check half way to see how soft/crispy they are.

Cut up potatoes, celery, onion. Lots of celery.

Saute onions and celery, add some salt, pepper, thyme. Add broth/stock. My grandma used vegetable stock, I prefer chicken. Add heavy whipping cream. Cook until potatoes are done.

Sprinkle bacon and/or cheese on top. Eat with crackers.
