If we're talking fresh and high quality (read: you are actually in fucking hong kong or somewhere high-end and primarily serves Chinese immigrants, which is rare) shaomai are some tight fucking shit. Or shao long bao at a really good place, but the vast majority of places are absolutely awful at making them.
