They however won't hold the entire supply of JNT as that is just how the market works. Which means whatever portion of the JNT supply they hold needs to be worth 250M. So if they hold a quarter of the supply and that is worth 250M the cap is 1B.

They don't hold all the supply, but their share still has to be worth 250mil. +Speculation value will drive the price even more
