Naw. Torta ahogada.pork confit. A hard sourdough roll. Drowned in a tomato, oregano, onion, and other spices sauce. Then you have the option to drown the sandwich again in a pure chile de arbol sauce. Topped with pickled red onion and a squeeze of lime. Refried Beans can be spread on the roll before inserting the pork but its not necessary. Can also be topped with cabbage.
