$50/week food budget

You have $50 to spend a week on food. You're 6 foot 3 and need to bulk up but also a broke wage fag. What foods will be worth buying for the week that you can make good meals out of? I know you have to eat crazy calories and hit high macros to gain muscle but just can't afford it right now.

Corn, beans and squash. Google 3 Sisters. Also pork, chicken and eggs. Get a crock pot/electric roaster and a pressure cooker.

Learn to cook in advance. Spices should be your friend. Nothing wrong with various greens. Think meals like a poor ass farmer would eat 150 yrs ago.

I bum a friends Costco card.
$4.99 for one of these babys
Just peel the skin off and stop being such a shitter

Sounds like eggs, canned tuna and cheap chicken for you. I think that's about as cheap as you can get for bodybuilding.

peanutbutter
oats

>You have $50 to spend a week on food
>a broke wage fag
$50 bucks a week is not broke wage fag levels

the bones can make an excellent source of collagen for them weakened joints from liftan'

Pork and turkey right now are fuck cheap. Hit that shit up

Make turkey noodle casserole, turkey/leek pot pie, motherfucker think

Rice, beans, lentils, some garam masala powder, and tons of onions and garlic.

Are you shitting me? I would eat like a fucking KING on 50 buckaroos a fucking weekaroo

Combine these 3 posts OP, for best results.

beans, rice and cheap meat cuts large quantities.

we had this thread like a billion times you dumb shit

Pasta, chicken, rice, lentils, cheap stir frys. Crap like that. Frozen bagged meat is a shit quality but cheaper if you're on a tight budget.

oats, tuna, ground meat, frozen imported chicken(if you can buy cheap from asia).

Chicken thighs n legs. Pork neckbones

Rice 5lb =$2.50 potatoes 10lb bag = $4
Oats 2.25lb =$2.50
Peanut butter = $2.50 Jelly= $2
Bread loaf 2-3 = $3
Chicken breasts or thighs 5lb = $11
Ground beef 5lb log = $13
Frozen mix veggies 7 packs = $7
Bananas 7 = $2-3
Milk 1gal = $3-4

Should be $48-53

Pretty damn good list.

Maybe try and save $5-10 each week for a few bulk spices that will last for months.

Lol, this is my life minus the bulk.

>peel the skin off
Why the fuck would you do that?

Anyone have a good meal prep for a week that doesn't have restrictions?

I just want to make lunch for the week.

Too easy, I feed 3 people on 100 a week.

>go to fast food
>collect salt, pepper, mayo, katchup, mustard
>go to pizza joint
>collect crushed red pepper, parmesan

Are they body building? At 6'5, 235 I can eat more than a small family of 3 each week.

tfw when my Christine bluray showed up on Saturday

calorie density, user

I'm a 5'7 130 skinnyfag and need to gain weight. I have a sam's membership and have a 200 dollar budget for 2 weeks. What's a good list to buy?

>$50 a week

Jesus Christ, are you a millionaire? I get by on less than $10 a week.

100 boxes of these

$50 is more than enough if you're only buying yourself, wtf.

>$50 a week is broke

>At 6'5, 235 I can eat more than a small family of 3 each week.

lemme guess... just bulkan.. right?

How about you give us an idea of the caloric intake you are planning on. Because everybody has a different idea of "bulking". This could range between 2500 to 6000.

>10 lbs of meat a week

Yeah that's a bit overkill. 1 lb of raw chicken cooks to about 100 grams of protein on its own. Good list overall though. OP can probably save some money by cutting out the beef

I'd sub pork butt for the ground beef
other than that, very not bad

>bread loaf 2-3 for 3 dollars
How's life back in the seventies?
