McChickens are actually a bit of a thing for poor Veeky Forumsizens IIRC. Apparently the cheapest protein you can get without cooking it yourself. The thing is to get like three of them and ditch the buns so you end up with a 3-patty McChicken for all dem proteins and reduced carbs.
