lol nah it's fine, was high quality grass fed beef, went straight to griddle, then straight to burger. Honestly didn't expect it to be quite that rare, but it was warm all the way through so whatever.

Did you grind it yourself? I don't trust people grinding my meat. Who knows what they ground before your beef (chicken, pork) and how many hours it's been since they cleaned the die, blade and feed tube. Forget about rare ground meat that you don't grind yourself.

When i sous vided a steak for the first time afterward I felt some extreme drowsiness that quickly went away. This was awhile ago so i;m sure i'm out of the woods.
