Every part of a chicken comes with bones, dum dum, and the bones can easily be removed from any part of the chicken (why you would want to do so, I have no idea).

I make homemade mustard from powder, but not because I'm some snob, just all the mustard I can buy here is this 99% vinegar 0.1% mustard french shit. I like it with a kick in your nose, so I make it myself.
Cream I use between 20-30%, but inclined towards fatter ones.
Marinade for at least few hours, better for a day in a sealed bowl and you're golden.

i've never thought about making homemade mustard before. every store-bought mustard tastes too.... eggy? that's the best way i can describe it.

Look for white mustard powder in your area, you should be able to find it. Usually it comes with instructions, but if not just google it. It's pretty simple, but takes a bit of time to correct the proportions to your liking.

Mind that if you're going for homemade mustard from powder, it's gotta sit for a day at least to sorta brew, get to right consistency and get all the flavour. Sure it gets pretty gud after just a few hours, but man the best stuff sits in my fridge for 2-3 days before I use it.
