How do I remove that oil/grease from my gravy?

>didn't see my rabbit pieces already in the pot

With a spoon

Wouldn't milk help?

You skim it off the top if you want it gone.

Grow up

Paper towel on the surface will soak it up

You get a jug that pours from the bottom, it's that simple.

Degrease it with paper towrls.

unitasker. Use a ladle or bent spoon.

Not him, but that thing is one of the very few unitaskers I'm glad to have. It saves a fuckton of time and effort trying to fiddle around with a spoon that could be spent getting other shit ready. $5 or whatever a plastic one costs is well worth the investment for time freed.

Get a bottom-pour and you can use it as a batter dispenser.

Very carefully

put it on a paper towel you retard

Or just as an ordinary teapot.

1. Why on earth would you want to remove it, it's the tastiest bit. Just stir it under before serving.

2. Let it get cold so the fat congeals and can simply be lifted out in bits and pieces.

ITT dipshittery.

Slap a slice of bread ontop of your greasy gravy/sauce and let it sit for a few mins - the grease ontop will be absorbed by the bread.

Don't eat gravy

Why would you want to live a sad life without gravy

You fucked up, OP.

You either pour our the excess fat at the beginning or add enough starch to incorporate it. That's gravy making 101.

let it rest at least 15 - 20 minutes to de-emulsify, then pop it in the fridge or freezer until the fat layer is solid. Its much easier to spoon it off when the fat is solid white and visible.
