here's one i came up with earlier
1/4 thickened cream
3/4 whole milk
1 whole raw egg
2 tea spoons golden syrup
mix that shit together in your glass. originally i was just experimenting with making milk thicker and creamier and it led to this. absolutely delicious.
also good for bulking

I do exactly that but add some protein powder. It's delicious and gives a solid boost of protons and healthy fats.

You can eat it with a spoon, but if you want to drink it just add a bit of water (or regular milk).

Smooth peanut butter, sweetener, a tiny bit of lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla in a cup
Stir/whisk until smooth
Splash in water, stir/whisk until smooth, repeat several times then add in the rest of the milk to fill the cup and mix it evenly
1 shot vodka
1/2 shot white rum
1/2 shot blue curacao
4oz redbull
