This week Publix has their $3 king deal. A fried chicken thigh, a drumstick, two sides, and a roll. Today I got the okra/tomatoes and green beans for sides.

I was gonna get something healthier but three fucking dollars man. At least they had two veg to choose from. They usually just have one.

i can't imagine a Hot Dave coming from a quality joint, if anything i'd imagine it'd be like those tiny bodegas that also happen to serve hot food along with the usual convenience store shit

thats how i've found some of my favorite cheap eats actually. the wife of the local indian convenience store/gas station guy has set up a little kitchen and now they sell really good samosas for cheap

This are good deals all around, u fortunately the places are hit or miss with quality. If you're lucky, you can find a place that makes things fresh and deliciously, but most often than not it's food that WAS fresh but is stale and you gotta wait two days until they switch out the stuff under the heat lamps.
