If you could only have one soup for the rest of your life what would it be?
If you could only have one soup for the rest of your life what would it be?
I don't think I've had enough soup to really answer this, but probably go for either udon ham and pea.
It's ramen soup? If so, ramen. If not, probably split pea.
Beef stew, with double the standard ratio of beef. Fucking love beef.
Chili I guess
Maynstroon.
hot and sour
Alcohol
Impossible.
There are too many amazing soups, I could never choose just one.
Greek chicken lemon omfg
It's a tie between gumbo, tortilla soup, beef stew, and sancocho
My favorite soups tend to be rich: bisque, creamy tomato, chowder, split pea, gumbo, etc.
But if I had to choose one to have for the rest of my life? Probably some kind of brothy vegetable soup. It never, ever gets old and it's generally pretty healthy. It's substantial enough to be a meal but isn't over-filling.
pho
the soup at the local chinese joint that I get when I tell them I'm really sick and I need something spicy. With bok choy, fat noodles, carrots, etc and chiken. Extra chili oil
French onion
Max comfy
Tom yum goong
Patrician taste, good sir.
Beef bourguignon
With you on this one.
The answer is obvious.
This but sub the beef with potatoes. I fucking love beef stew soaked potatoes.
And garlic cheddar biscuits.
pho sucks, any other soup is objectively better
It is really great when you're sick or hungover. But the nutrition/ salt ratio is out of whack for daily eating.
If it's homemade soup, this.
If it's canned soup, then tomato soup is best.
If I'm sick or hungover I'd still rather have ramen
tortilla.
Minestrone. There are better soups of course, but it covers all the needs: flavorful and full of vitamins and protein.
Thank you OP, I'm making it this weekend.
