Dominican here. We have about 20% whites, and the other 80% are mulattoes. Meanwhile, Haiti is over 90% black as midnight. The higher the percentage of African genes, the less ability for abstract thinking the population has.

The field of psychology attempts to explain human thought by way of observing outward behavior. This is not "empirically testing concepts and observations" This is taking actions and arbitrarily judging them based on make shit up as you go ad hoc first principles.
If you dont understand the scientific method and are too lazy to google it id be happy to post if for you so you arent confused, but it should be outrightly noted that ALL science starts with an actual observation of whatever it is youre trying to explain, not a blurry approximation of it.

You cannot "observe" human thought. Psychology is an attempt to but a very base attempt and at most a pre-paradigm of science.

Psychologists can wish to be an actual science for the next 100 years but its not one and it never has been one since its beginning/ End of discussion.

You're wrong. Lower IQ isn't bad because people can't become good engineers or doctors, but because the lack of abstract thought leads to less morality and empathy in the population. For example, the Zulu language lacks words for "precision" and "promise". For Africans, morality is something that must be enforced, not something in their nature to comprehend.

Thus, a lower IQ population is:
- More violent
- Doesn't plan for the future
- Focuses on personal satisfaction in the moment
- More superstitious

But those are both bad things, user. In fact, when one attempts to compare the two (a capacity for the abstract activity of doing science, versus a capacity for realizing right conduct on an individual and social level), I would go a step further: the two capacities are both so critically important that to significantly prioritize the one over the other, as you've just tried to do, becomes meaningless. We need both in order to have a society worth living in.

A society where everyone is nice to each other and everyone just lives 40 years or so and nothing changes and everyone is swept along with nature's whims at all times is hardly worth living in. Of course, what I've just described might be perfectly satisfactory to many, but this goes to individual temperament and my own value system. What I've just said as much as says that such people are wrong for being content with such an arrangement.

a) Latin-america has a cartel problem.
b) Most African-americans are concentrated in the cities
c) Africa is still very rural, so their cities aren't as populous as the country-side

Nigeria will never become a regional superpower if it can't even keep Boko Haram from terrorizing their population. Nigeria just has a large population and the Chinese are getting their hands on Nigeria's natural resoucers, thus leaving 200k africans in miserable poverty.

That's mostly because of their culture and their government. The Chinese, however, can feel empathy and live together in a society and be productive, unlike Africans. The Chinese value honor, family and traditions; but yeah, they feel less empathy than Europeans.
