You need some ground lamb though. You make that recipe you can make meatballs or gyro meat. They're both amazing.

If you want a simple dish buy a jar of any decent tomato sauce, some onion, garlic, mushrooms. Sautee the veggies and beef, add in the tomato sauce, some pepper/salt/whatever else you like, make some pasta, add it in. Simple, tasty, don't fucking complain asshole.

I hate tomatoes though.

I buy massive quantities of ground beef because I am lazy. I only really eat one meal, and all I do is dump beef, rotini, water, vegetables, hot sauce, tomato sauce, cayenne, I just dump it all in and it's so easy to make. You can subtract or add ingredients you like as necessary.
