dropped

Bananas taste like shit if they aren't at least half covered with brown spots. I will gag if I try to eat a banana that still has green on it because there's no sweetness at all and it tastes unripe and fibrous. People who eat green bananas are retarded.

cause the peel is too messy.

>overripe

thats when they are actually ripe. black and jellylike inside is when theyre overripe

Yum

Looks good, also looks like you put some gold leaf in there cause of the lighting.

is that supposed to be banana bread?

best one I had. I just made half because I live alone

I like my bananas slightly green, it gives them a firmer texture

If you don't eat green bananas you have no fucking soul.

>Trans person
They're called trannies, heretics, or abominations

because it looks like a literal piece of shit. open it up and it's fine and tasty.

Bananas are disgusting

You are disgusting

Dis ain't reddit son

Samoan's boil dark green bananas in coconut milk and onions. It tastes like a potato because the starch hasn't converted to sugar by ripening. It's quite nice.

>how to spot a newfriend

They are the only bananas worthy of baking, but I won't eat them like that. Way too sweet. Tastes like banana flavored sugar...

Sounds delicious, gonna try this in the next few days.

Should I make banana bread tonight? I've never made it

Yes, it's easy as shit

I don't bake very much at all. The only ingredient I don't have is baking soda, how important is it? If the bread is just a bit heavier or whatever I don't mind.

It's essential. Go buy some, it's dirt cheap.

But the grocery store just closed. I'll make it tomorrow then. Out of curiosity, what does it do?

I'm Chiquita banana and I've
come to say
Bananas have to ripen in a
certain way
When they are flecked with brown and have a
golden hue
Bananas taste the best and are the
best for you

You can put them in a salad
You can put them in a pie-iiiie
Any way you want to eat them
It's impossible to to beat them

But bananas like the climate of the very, very tropical equator
So you should never put bananaaaaaaas
in the refrigerator.

I had fried ripe plantain earlier. It was delicious.

It makes things rise.

I thought that was yeast?

That too, but in a different way
You know you could just google these things right

This is a cooking forum user. We should talk about cooking.

can i substitute baking powder for baking soda?

Your fingers are fucking nasty

You are a complete idiot.

One thing is to talk about cooking, and a different one is to be someone's personal search engine
Sometimes, you can also google that

Care to explain in detail?

No, we should advertise Mc Donald's and KFC

they're sweeter for sure. green an d brown both have their pluses and minuses.

you're retarded asshole
greenest is bestest

underrated

lol.

red nail polish does not make you a woman, david.

They're too sweet for me this way. I also prefer the texture of them when they're just yellow, right after the green goes from them.

Easier to peel the strings from the outside too if they don't come out with the peel.

Brown ones go good with banana bread, but I usually have trouble eating them that fucking sweet. A few spots is alright. Don't forget fruit can be overripe.

It depends on how acidic the rest of your ingredients are.
If you're following a recipe, almost always no.

Remember, baking is chemistry.
