Not smoking is easier than smoking, to smoke you have to spend money on cigarettes, go out and buy a pack, light them and then wave your hand like fucking moron for like 5 minutes and inhale smoke, to not smoke all you have to do is nothing

1.You need to REDUCE the quantity of NICOTINE. You do this by doing both or one the following :
a) Smoking lighter cigarettes
b) Reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke every day by some amount (usually 2 or 3) every 1 weeks to 2 weeks.
2.Smoke at certain times of the day, for example:
a) smoke at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM etc
b) smoke only between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM
3. THE MOST IMPORTANT: DO A LOT OF CARDIO EXERCISES AND SAUNA. YOU NEED TO SWEAT, A LOT.
