I feel like this would be okay if we use the data to deter people from committing crime. I feel like if we find someone is predisposed to committing a crime (IE antisocial) and then cut off their access to the rest of society (like increasing police presence in their neighborhood, quarantining their neighborhood, or any other method of cutting them off and ostracizing them) that we will just end up pushing people to crime and our predictors will just end up getting fed information with a confirmation bias.

I feel like using precrime analysis to stop criminals wont stop crime. It will just breed criminals who can pass the analysis methods. We are going to end up with a slew of super careful sociopaths running around committing crimes and we wont be able to identify them. People will always get mad, depressed, or have needs that need to be tended to that society is not helping them with. These people will always be willing to commit a crime for revenge or to survive. They are just going to start masterminding their moves instead of being blatant about the crimes they commit.

You can't make a machine that recognises criminals because there is no such thing as 'a criminal'. There are only people who may or may not commit crimes, and there are legal activities that have more serious consequences than some crimes.
