Is there any truth to this?

Nope, anything with Y is biologically male, anything with one or more X is biologically female.
Usually unless you're XX or XY you are infertile, so in biological terms anything other than this has 0 fitness and does not contribute genes, therefore is about as useful as a rock.

>anything with one or more X is biologically female
So people with XY chromosomes (~50% population) are both simultaneously male and female?

>X – Roughly 1 in 2,000 to 1 in 5,000 people (Turner’s )
>XX – Most common form of female
>XXY – Roughly 1 in 500 to 1 in 1,000 people (Klinefelter)
>XY – Most common form of male
>XYY – Roughly 1 out of 1,000 people
>XXXY – Roughly 1 in 18,000 to 1 in 50,000 births

Fuck, so almost 1 out of 200 people are not XX or XY? why the hell are humans so defective?

human biology (well, really all multicellular animal biology) is a horrific clusterfuck

it's like if you tried to build a ladder out of rotten sticks from the woods, using chewed up gum as glue. we only see the 1/100 times that someone managed to climb that ladder without it immediately falling apart

Female
Male
Genetically defective infertile monsters.

There are only three sexes.

Those numbers are way too high. Its like fags claiming 10% of people are gay.

>he cares about sex and gender

A "sex" that plays no crucial part in the reproduction of a species is no sex at all. There are males, there are females, and there are deviants and defective examples of either. Fertility is the only sensible measure.

>Anything with Y is biologically male
It's like you can't read or something.
