QUICK!!!
WHAT ARE YOUR BEST MARINADES
QUICK!!!
When smoking or grilling chicken I always marinade in Italian Dressing
1 part OJ
1 part soy sauce
1 part brown sugar
Some ginger, green onion, and garlic to your liking.
kys
Left over pickle juice makes a good brine for chicken.
Some type of curry powder and some liquid (melted butter, oil)
More like a wet rub but it's super simple and fast
Chili flakes, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon
Yogurt
Lemon juice
Cumin
Cayenne
Coriander seed (pulverized)
I can see how that would be great. What meat do you use that on? Seems like it would work great with some chicken
Call me when you've won any sort of smoking competition.
for steak
balsalmic vinegar
Worcestershire
soy
lime juice
garlic
black pepper
cayenne
olive oil
oh shit. nice
soy sauce
honey

It's best on Salmon... it's basically.. teriyaki salmon.
Easy as shit to remember recipe...
But its fucking good on chicken too.
I like to marinate in it for short durations... then thicken it in a heavier sauce and coat while grilling either salmon or chicken.
Does anyone else save the marinade so they can thicken it and use it as a sauce?
Sherry
Soy Sauce
Flour
Garlic
Ginger
Cumin
Paprika
Green Onion
Lime Juice
>I like to marinate in it for short durations... then thicken it in a heavier sauce and coat while grilling either salmon or chicken.

Yes. It would appear that people do that.
I save steak marinade and use it while sautéing onions peppers and mushrooms as a side for steak
Soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, mirin, garlic, galangal or ginger, hot peppers, lemongrass, and cilantro.
Works best for pork or chicken. Never tried it with beef. Yes, I reserve some of the marinade for basting or dipping.
My best? It's for pork tenderloin
Reduced carrot stock
Stadium mustard (thanks Cleveland)
Molasses
Sesame seeds
Red pepper
Black pepper
Celery salt
It's like a vegetably mustard based barbecue and it burns nicely to the bottom of a glass pan for dem drippings
Straight up blueberry yoghurt.
Just throw together oil and whatever spices I have in a ziplock bag
...
I do something similar with soy sauce, apple juice, honey and some ginger, garlic, green onion and a little black pepper. I'm not 100% happy with it, though.
Mostly because it's full of MSG and sugar
Fuck that nigger.
You ever use apple cider vinegar with dry Italian season?
Maple Syrup
Rice Vinegar
Soy Sauce
For chicken breasts I just use avocado oil, salt, pepper, lemon, garlic, rosemary/thyme. Overnight in the fridge, ready for pan roasting the following day.
for grilled pork:
soy sauce - lime - brown sugar - lemon grass - cayenne - paprika - chili flakes - crushed onion
literally cover the meat with black pepper before grilling

It's my first time marinating so obviously I'm not going to experiment with an expensive cut of meat and as I said, I found it online. Didn't find any others that looked decent so I figured to go with this one. Eat a dick faggot
Much rather than be a useless jerkoff, perhaps you could educate instead of criticize on something that I obviously don't have an idea about. Do you lash out at people on the Internet because daddy left?
for pork i like:
soy sauce
apple cider vinegar
honey or apple sauce (dat home made shit)
thyme, rosemary
garlic (leaves)
ginger
Nope.....
