I think this stuff is pretty good, and I never see people use it. It's more of a ketchup-style hot sauce.

I like Cholula because the flavor goes well with so many things and it has just the right amount of heat to wake up your tastebuds WITHOUT actually being hot.

If you want hot sauce only for the spice, there's a ton of stupid mega death sauces. If you want flavor Valentina is the best.

Valentina is good, but not too useful, I find, in anything but cuisine with Mexican flavors. It's so flavorful that it needs equally strong flavors that can stand up to it. I've tried it on eggs and pizza, and on those it's just overpowering.

... although one time I got a chicken sandwich from Hardee's when I was super drunk, poured some Valentina's into the middle of it, and it was fucking delicious. So there's that, too.
