making bean patties for tomorrow

>Pasta on a tortilla
Disgusting desu

I didn't get up until 2 today.

Had a protein shake with almond milk, strawberry protein powder, kale, strawberry greek yogurt, and a little bit of orange juice.

Then I had a spaghetti squash with pesto I made and some roasted chickpeas sprinkled on top.

Going to be making some spicy curry for tomorrow.

Nice. I've never had chickpeas before.

Simple fried egg (lacto-ovarian pleb) for breakfast.

For lunch I had leftover leek and potato soup with croutons.

Tonight I'm just going to keep it simple and have spaghetti marinara and a kale salad.

Why eat pretend meat and cheese

That actually looks hella dope

This. The only "fake" meat I'll eat is vegetarian sausage. Which I don't consider fake meat anyway since a sausage can be basically anything.

Hope you feel good about murdering hundreds of thousands of plants provided to us by Mother Gaia.

They have feelings too, you cunt.

Airatarian is the only method by which humans should thrive and survive. All the nutrients you need to survive are in the air, you simply need to breath them in.

chicken legs arent vegan or veg but neither am i, how did you cook them?

triggered by the mustard application

Why do vegans try their hardest to make their foods look and taste like they're made from animal products?

Basically, they end up substituting natural ingredients for chemical slurries and textured soy protein, which is a huge source of phytoestrogens.
I've never seen a vegan that wasn't malnourished and bitchy like a woman.

weak bait

They aren't frozen. I don't know what the fuck the grocery store does before I buy them, but I cook them thawed. I'm not against frozen meat. Tinfoil on the pan, extra virgin on the tin foil. Salt and pepper all over the oil and tin foil. Throw those bad boys down. Nothing touches. Salt and pepper all over everything. I had 6 chicken legs (thigh and drum.) two I did with chili powder and I guess what you would call Tex mex? They were for my wife... two I did with miso paste, grated garlic and ginger, soy sauce, and cumin for my son (he came from my nut sack.) and mine I did with oregano, basil, and a tomato/balsamic vinegrette reduction. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, then blast at 450 for 15 minutes. Nice crispy skin. Oh, I forgot to say I rubbed them down with extra virgin before putting any seasonings on top. I find it helps them crisp and makes the seasonings stick better.

I know this is bait but these are the people I call junk-food vegans. They substitute their usual omnivore meat-and-two-veg diets for packaged-soy-garbage-and-two-veg without really knowing or caring about cooking. A packet of oreos is fucking vegan but that doesn't make it healthy or good for you.
