But they literally owe me money. Their engine is completely broken, deposits and withdrawals get stuck all the time, and the tickets are never processed. My withdrawal is stuck from August 2017 (no TXID on the blockchain explorer), and all this time they haven't done a SHIT to solve my problem. The only outsourced pajeet they have is only paid to close duplicate tickets, all the competent staff has already left the company.

There's a difference between wallet maintenance and lack of support/technician stuff. Yes, sometimes their unprocessed transactions get fixed automatically, but often they don't. Which is why people are mad.
