If enough funds are raised, a partnership with a major entity will be established. They signed an NDA, so we won't find out unless the goal is reached as to who it is. They are fundraising because the coin had no ICO or premine and all developers are volunterrs in the project.
If the goal is not reached, funds will be used in other ways to further the development of Verge.

fuck this coin. Was robbed from 120K during the coin pouch hack, along with thousands of others. The devs didn't give a shit about their "vergefam" and CP remained silent up to this day.
