Going to balkan (with Serbian chef) restaurant today.
What should I order? What should I avoid?

They have Pljaskavica, Cievap, Musaka, Gibanica, Shopski and some other random stuff

Grilled meat is their strong suit. The little sausages (cevap) are a good choice, as is the stuffed burger (pljeskavica). Both ought to come with a decent red cabbage slaw. If the have the cold wheat dessert (traditionally a Christmas thing) it's worth trying. Also if the place has wine and liquor Serbian wine and fruit brandies are worth trying.I had a Serbian quince brandy once that was somewhere between delicious and paint thinner.

Gyros is the Greek name for shawarma, and they just swap in tzatziki for the tahini sauce because Greeks cannot into tahini. Kebab is just kabob.
