I can't do red sauce without red meat but otherwise its a good, simple spread.

Homemade "ramen" with instant yakisoba, green/red peppers, bell peppers, cabbage, a laundry list of spices headlined by paprika, chipotle and ginger, with pork rib that came out surprisingly good with just soy sauce in the fry.
For several pounds costing about $5 total, it was real damn good.
