Isn't that like the only thing that people actually order from there (usually drunk at 2am), and put on a potato/fries?

Everyone I know calls it disgusting trash because it's made with the leftover and unusable meat.

i like chili, I just hate that wendys has the only fast food chili around
it's salty and I always have this nasty coating feeling in my mouth after eating it

i also have tommy's burgers here but fuck trying to eat their chili it's basically soy and grease with no beans.

That's my main issue with it, it's their way of using burger meat they can't sell as burgers.

There's a difference between meat they can't sell and meat they don't sell. All the patties they don't make into burgers get made into chili the next day instead.

Love this shit, over a baked potato with 4+ packets of hot sauce. Now they make a baked potato variant that comes with chili for a fraction of the price of both, good stuff.

My go to order from Wendy's is a thing of chili, some chicken nuggets, and some fries. Then I dip the nuggets and fries in the chili. Good shit.

You remember that whole "fresh, never frozen" thing? It's actually true. They get refrigerated hamburger shipments on a regular basis, but it does mean a lot of meat they get won't actually be used as burgers.

Yeah, I'd be curious with ground beef. I mean it's obvious if you freeze fresh tomatoes or lettuce that they suck when thawed, but I've never personally noticed a diff with ground beef I've frozen, as long as it didn't get freezer burn or something.

It's a meaningless phrase, the lack of freezing being an allusion to quality preparation and treatment beyond the bounds of competing fast food places (which freezing has little effect on a fast food hamburger patty).

The meat we used no left overs just meat that was scraps inside the box with the rest of the meat its not used cooked meat we also added 3-5 lbs of meat for the day
