Build a Burger

Who can build the best burger? Rate each others too while you're at it.

bump
i made the file smaller for those that don't know how to re-size

FYI. the 50/50 is a half beef half pork belly meat mix burger.

Here is mine.

You need to have a nice chicken sandwich on the menu, right?

Too much work. I'd rather just get a whopper.

Agreed, but make mine a McChicken. The best.

...

What's the fire beef, OP?

2/3 lb medium well beef patty, white brioche bread, smoked gouda cheese, red onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, thick cut bacon, mayo

All you need

carne asada style spicy beef

Their signature. Damn I wish I wasn't trying to eat healthy lately.

...

I'm too uncreative for a name

chicken and eggs

Me everytime I eat a burger..

how big is that burger or what fucking sides do you order?

dude get rid of the spam and we're in business

>mother and child reunion

...

...

Costs $0.50 to get mayo and mustard? What a rip

This menu is nuts, how could they possibly keep all of that fresh or manageable? Anyways-

Medium
White Brioche
Danish Blue
Grilled Onions
Thick cut bacon
Garlic Aioli

It's just I would have it.

*how

Thanks senpai

IT'S TOO FUCKING MUCH.

Seriously, that's waaaaaay too big a menu for burgers.
Not that most of the things on the menu aren't good, but when people go out to eat, they don't want to be stressed out by having too many flavorful options. It's not a "good restaurant" thing.

All that said, I would do a medium rare beef, on a brioche bun, with pepper jack, avocado mash, fried dill pickles, sprouts, grilled onions, arugula, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing, and franks red hot.

I'd like the variety but I'd be a bit nervous. I've seen menus like that and been like "there's no way all this shit is fresh." Like the proprietor gets ideas in their head every day and drives the kitchen nuts.

Yep, exactly. They're overreaching.

ground hamburger should never be below "well"
i love my steak rare, but this ain't a steak on a bun

Easy

Yeah, history shows that large menus don't get well. Overreaching is a sure way to fail. Why did the Mongolian Empire fall? They kept focusing on expansion rather than making sure they were internally sound.
It's no different here. They have too many ingredients to be fresh and high quality.

If anyone feels like rolling some dice

Why the fuck isn't someone to come up with the best combinations, then offer them to the customers. I fucking hate CYOA restaurants. When I cook at home it s CYOA. When I go out to eat I'm paying for the privilege of putting my fate in the hands of someone who hopefully knows a little better.

I can only imagine what that place sounds like with enough autists rolling dice.

Got this with random.org

Lorne sausage, fried onions and brown sauce. Don't even need to look at the picture.

>I only learn of this after moving out of California

...

This x 10000

>50/50, 2/3rd lb, med-well
>white brioche
>pepper jack
>basic tops: arugula, dill pickle, grilled onions
>overthetops: onion rings, strawberry jam
>^ really though holy shit I'd love to try this
>garlic aioli
I'd generally go all beef medium, but I've always wanted to go to 50/50 and have yet to do so, so branching out. Also with the bacon it can handle med-well

Oyako literally means "parent and child". It's an old Japanese joke.

>$1 for a slice of spam?
What kind of cheeky ass thieving chicanery is this?

I want mine with everything on it. EVERYTHING

>garlic aioli
As opposed to aioli without garlic?

Supply and command. Outside of Hawaiians and people buying it on a dare it does not sell well.

fucking memetastic m8

Their specialty is a Mush Burger? No thanks.

We used to have The Counter here, but it closed after not getting enough business. Probably for the same reason as others posted, no one likes to have to debate every ingredient of their dinner before ordering.
I remember when it opened, and we went a few times. They did great fucking business at first, got great reviews (their cooking wasn't the problem), but their customers dwindled off to the point they had to close. No one wants to sit and spend half an hour deciding what to have on a burger. It's a restaurant for strict autists. Can you imagine the effect this place would have on someone with OCD?

Sounds good to me. Might be too much meat though.
