i made this the other day

I personally like mint chimichurri on my lamb. French them then let it soak in it over night, sear it, put in oven for about 10 minutes, let rest then cut it in 2 bones and 1 bones. Intertwine them then use the rest of the chimichurri to glaze. Your dad will love it.
