They only places I can find this ramen is in dinky East Asian markets, usually in strip malls.

I live in wisconsin and can buy this shit at Woodman's. It's pretty good as far as instant noodles goes.

Probably your best bet for cheap nutrition as poorfag. People always say get beans and rice when you're poor but these noodles have a lot more flavor and filling ability for much cheaper. I sometimes eat only instant Ramen noodles 3x a day and don't feel hungry.
