chicken Breast was on sale 0.50/lb. So I bought a bunch. Now, I'm not really a cook, the first one I deskinned and threw in a pan, I had to cut it up while it cooked or it wouldnt cook through.
I decided to make tendies with the rest.

It's not Futurama, that one with the hat is a cash register who is DJ'ing at the junk yard for the other robots. Then they go on a rampage and try to take over the world.
Joshua Rogers
Fuck you, Futurama is the only good anime, none of that gay shit from east.

Jayden Long
Why?
Nolan Lopez
Brine for the chicken.
Makes it more juicy / tender. Plus I don't have time to cook until tomorrow after work.
Colton Flores
tenders and breast are different cuts
Gavin Thompson
Ok, fine. What should I do with it then?
I thought tendies were just any strip of breaded chicken...
Julian Foster
>sugar amerisharts were a mistake
David Reyes
You can brine chicken in just one hour if you use the proper concentration. That would be 1/4 cup table salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 6 cups water. Why would you add oil to a brine? As you can see, it uselessly floats and now you have to pour that down your mother's sink. "Tenders" are a real thing, its just an alternative name for chicken rib meat. The rib meat is a flap of white meat attached to the breast, but its not exactly the same as the breast. Its shaped like a strip naturally, so its often breaded and cooked that way. However, "tendies" is a stupid slang word made up by spoiled children and retards, and it can mean anything. Its not a cut of meat a professional butcher would refer to.
