Best pizza I ever had though was a lemon garlic sauce with chicken and some unknown cheese. Texture was softer and creamier than mozzarella. The cheese made the pizza.

Any tips to making myself like mushrooms? Sometimes in books the main characters like to grab a pepperoni and mushroom 'pie' (pizza), and in theory it sounds like something I want. But in reality I like neither the taste nor texture of mushrooms. Is this a hopeless dream?

Gyro pizza - gyro meat, pepperocini, olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta, mozzarella

there's another place that does a gyro pizza that I really like, too. Theirs has a white sauce with gyro meat, olives, red onions, spinach, tomatoes, and feta. Delicious.

Is this the pizza thread? I have a can of pic related and I heard I can use it to make pizza with, is this true? And how long to cook for? I know how to make dough I just don't feel like doing it today.

I think Pineapple is an acceptable pizza topping, but its most common use is totally unacceptable.

Ham & Pineapple, also known as "Hawaiian" pizza, is a blight upon the pizza community.

However, this is something I can get behind:

The acidity complements the fattiness of the pork really well. But ham is much too light to work with pineapple. You gotta go harder, with sausage & bacon.
