2 tablespoons coconut oil/ghee melted over veg
6 tablespoons peanut butter

Mujadara
Lentils and rice simmered in tomato sauce with pan-fried onions. For spices, I also add garlic, cumin and parsley. Sometimes I throw in leafy greens when they're on sale, and flax seeds bc they're awesome for you and taste like nothing.
